Each factory in Hengdian has its own on-site R&D dept: working for process development and implementation of new technology.
Hengdian Group invested in 2 R&D centers in Chengdu and Shanghai, which are under the leadership of professional ,experienced Ph. D. Activities: new technology development, process development/improvement, training R&D people at each of the manufacturing facilities.
Each factory closely communicates with leading universities & institutes in China, and these relationships are utilized for additional technical support.
